· NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSITS – in order to confirm your reservation, we require a 25% deposit (to be made in advance) price subject to change. Deposit will be credited to the cost of your meal or final bill. The deposit amount will increase for groups of 20 or more. Price may vary for private closed-door events.

· 48-hour cancellation required

· Event subject to New York state automatic gratuity of 18% added to final bills of all parties of six (6) or more.
